Step 1: Account Creation

First, enter your personal information:

• Name and Surname: Enter your full name
• E-mail Address: Enter a valid e-mail address
• Phone Number: Enter your phone number for contact
• Password: Set a secure password containing at least 8 characters, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters

Step 2: Application Details

Enter your academic details:

• Institution Name: Enter the name of the university or institution you work for
• Department / Major Field: Specify your department or major field
• ORCID No: Enter your ORCID number, which is your academic ID

Step 3: Author Information

Add information for the paper authors:

• Main Author: You are automatically added as the 1st author
• Additional Authors: You can add up to 7 more authors by clicking the "Add Author" button
• For each author: Name surname, e-mail, phone, institution, and ORCID information are required

Step 4: Abstract Submission

Upload the abstract template:

• Presentation Language: Select English, Dutch, or Turkish
• Participation Type: Select Face to Face or Online
• File Upload: Upload your abstract file in DOC or DOCX format
• Mandatory: You cannot proceed to the next step without completing this step

Step 5: Full Text Submission

Upload the full text template:

• Optional: Full text submission is not mandatory
• Language Selection: You can submit it in English, Dutch, and Turkish
• Abstract Included: For full text submissions, the abstract text must also be included
• Deadline: You can upload until the specified date

Step 6: Peer Review and Acceptance Letter

After your application is submitted:

• Review Period: Your work will be evaluated within 3 days using a blind peer review system
• Acceptance Letter: Your acceptance letter will be uploaded to the system and emailed to you
• Important Notice: If you do not receive an email, do not forget to download your acceptance letter from the system
• System Tracking: You can track your application status from the system

Step 7: Contact and Important Information

Read important information in the last step:

• Congress Program: Will be sent to you on June 15, 2026
• Presentation Duration: 10-12 minutes, you can present in your preferred language
• Participation Certificate: Will be sent via email after the presentation
• Contact: Website and phone information
• Application Tracking: Link to view your applications
